Ingredients

1 x 400g can sweetened condensed skim milk
100 g good-quality dark cooking chocolate broken into squares
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Method

Place the condensed milk and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and mircowave on high for 2-3 minutes. Check after every minute, stirring with a metal spoon to ensure mixture does not burn.
Remove fudge sauce from heat and set aside.
