Instructions
Place the condensed milk and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and mircowave on high for 2-3 minutes. Check after every minute, stirring with a metal spoon to ensure mixture does not burn.
Remove fudge sauce from heat and set aside.
Notes
I used this sauce for icecream topping, pancake topping and icing for a cake. Avoid using milk chocolate as the mixture becomes too sweet.
