Easy fried rice is a hot tasty meal which can be whipped up at the last minute. Flexible to use leftovers too!

Easy Fried Rice

A delicious dish for the whole family to enjoy. You can use leftovers to create this hot and tasty meal!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked cold rice
  • 2 cups cooked mixed vegetables diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 level tsp Cayenne pepper
  • Oil
  • Cracked sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a wok, add a little oil and scramble the eggs until just done. Add the rice, vegetetables and fry together ensuring they are evenly mixed up.
  • Add the soy sauce, sesame oil and cayenne pepper. Fry mixture together turning a couple of times a minute. Cook for approx 10 minutes. Add sea salt to taste.

Notes

This is a flexible recipe, you can add any left over chicken/ham etc from the fridge to the rice.
