Method
- In a wok, add a little oil and scramble the eggs until just done. Add the rice, vegetetables and fry together ensuring they are evenly mixed up.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil and cayenne pepper. Fry mixture together turning a couple of times a minute. Cook for approx 10 minutes. Add sea salt to taste.
Notes
This is a flexible recipe, you can add any left over chicken/ham etc from the fridge to the rice.
