Method
- Cook the instant noodles in boiling water until just cooked. Set aside.
- Add the oil to a wok and cook the onion until slightly browned. Crack the eggs into the wok and scramble until just cooked.
- Add the noodles, peas, ABC sauce, chilli sauce and sesame oil to the wok and mix together on low heat for another 1 minute (stir gently so the noodles do not break apart).
- Transfer to a serving dish. Place sliced tomatoes on top of the noodles and serve immediately.
Notes
I like to sprinkle some fried onions on top of the noodles just before serving, as it adds a nice crunch to the dish.
