In a large bowl, mix together the honey, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce. Use a knife and place large slits in the chicken then add chicken drumsticks into the bowl tossing to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Place chicken on a lined oven tray and bake for 40-50 min at 200 degrees, turning at half point.
Drizzle a little extra sweet chilli 5 minutes before taking out of oven.
Notes
Keep an eye on the chicken that it does not burn as the recipe has a sweet marinade.
