drain the oil

light sour cream
Sea salt
to taste
Method
Place the sundried tomatoes, cashews, lemon juice and basil leaves in a food processor. Blend until combined.
Add the mixture to the sour cream and mix well using a spoon.
Add some sea salt to taste.
