Ingredients

stick celery diced

brown onion diced

carrots diced

chicken stock

small potatoes medium size cubes

tablespoon
cream/sourcream

tablespoon
vinegar
or to taste
Instructions
Prepare chicken stock in a separate jug, if dissolving cubes etc
In soup pot, saute celery, onion and carrots in butter for 5min or until onion browns slightly.
Add chicken stock, let simmer while chopping potatoes. Add potatoes. Let simmer until potatoes soften.
Stir in cream and vinegar. Let simmer for 5-10min and season further to taste if necessary. Enjoy!
Notes
Mix and match ingredients with what you have your crisper! You may even want to add some 2 minutes noodles or bacon for a nice twist!
