Method
- In a medium bowl, melt the butter and add the crushed biscuits. Mix well and set aside.
- Add the peanut butter, nutella and icing sugar into the bowl and melt in the microwave for approx 1 minute. Mix well and add the biscuit mixture, combining all ingredients.
- Press into a lined lamington/ slice tin and sprinkle with the roasted almonds. Using the back of a spatula, press the almonds gently into the mixture. Refridgerate for 4 hours. Slice and serve.
