Add approx 1 tbsp oil to a large frying pan. Cook the breadcrumbs for approx 2 mins over medium heat until golden. Remove from pan and wipe pan clean.
Heat remaining oil in the pan and add the garlic and chillies. Cook for 2 minutes until garlic is lightly browned. Crack some sea salt to flavour the dish.
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of salted water until desired texture (or follow packet instructions). Drain, then add to hot oil mixture with the breadcrumbs. Add cooked chicken and combine well. Serve immediately.
