Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a tray with baking paper. In a large bowl, mix the barbecue sauce with hoisin and sesame oil.
- Cut a few slits in each chicken drumstick as this allows the seasoning to flavour the meat better. Add chicken drumsticks bto the mixture and coat well.
- Spread chicken out on baking tray and spoon sauce left in bowl over chicken.
- Roast in centre of preheated oven for approx. 40 to 45 minutes.
- Spoon sticky sauce left on baking sheet over chicken.
Notes
This dish goes well with steamed rice and salad mix.
