Easy Asian Salad
A delicious sweet and tangy salad tossed with vinegar, sesame oil and mayonnaise.

- 400 g mixed salad leaves
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise.
- 1/3 cup crushed peanuts
Place the salad leaves and shredded carrot in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and soy sauce. Mix well until sugar is well dissolved.
Drizzle over the salad. Add mayonnaise to the salad. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts over the salad. Serve.
