Decadent Butterscotch Brownies

These all in one butterscotch brownies are one of the best brownies I have ever made. Their crispy crust and gooey inside makes them irresistible!

Ingredients
  

  • 120 g melted butter
  • 2 cups packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup dark cooking chocolate chopped
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Spread brownie batter into a lined slice tin and bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
  • Cool for 15 minutes before cutting unto squares.
