Choc-berry Slice
A mixture of white chocolate, milk chocolate and chewy raspberry lollies all rolled into one! A great slice to bring to someone's house for morning tea.
Ingredients
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 packet arrowroot biscuits
- 1 x 250g block strawberry filled chocolate chopped
- 15 soft raspberry lollies
- 1 cup white chocolate chopped
- 1 cup milk chocolate melted
Instructions
- Line or grease a slice tray.
- Crush biscuits in food processor.
- Combine with condensed milk, chopped strawberry chocolate, lollies and white chocolate.
- Press into greased slice tray.
- Melt milk chocolate in microwave, watch closely not to burn it.
- Pour melted milk chocolate over slice and spread evenly to edges. Refrigerate.
Notes
Before chocolate sets, cut slice into pieces, otherwise you will have a difficult time slicing it and the chocolate will crack.
