Heat some oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken and pan fry until cooked through. Pull a piece part to ensure chicken is white in the centre.
Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water according to packet instructions. Drain the water. Add the mushroom soup and chicken pieces to the pasta. Cook on a low heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and leave sauce to thicken in the pot for another 10 minutes, covered.
