Chicken Macaroni With A Creamy Mushroom Sauce

An easy macaroni dish with tender chicken pieces coated in a creamy mushroom sauce. A perfect hot meal for the whole family to enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g chicken breast cubed into 2cm pieces
  • Olive oil
  • 400 g macaroni pasta
  • 1 tin Campbells mushroom soup
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat some oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken and pan fry until cooked through. Pull a piece part to ensure chicken is white in the centre.
  2. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water according to packet instructions. Drain the water. Add the mushroom soup and chicken pieces to the pasta. Cook on a low heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and leave sauce to thicken in the pot for another 10 minutes, covered.
  3. Season with pepper.

Notes

Serve pasta with a fresh side salad.
