Sundried Tomato And Cashew Dip
A simple dip to whip up for your guests. Best served with plain biscuits so you can fully appreciate its flavour!
Ingredients
- 100 g sundried tomatoes drain the oil
- 100 g salted cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup basil leaves finely chopped
- 1 cup light sour cream
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the sundried tomatoes, cashews, lemon juice and basil leaves in a food processor. Blend until combined.
- Add the mixture to the sour cream and mix well using a spoon.
- Add some sea salt to taste.
