A delicious sweet and tangy salad tossed with vinegar, sesame oil and mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- 400 g mixed salad leaves
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise.
- 1/3 cup crushed peanuts
Instructions
- Place the salad leaves and shredded carrot in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and soy sauce. Mix well until sugar is well dissolved.
- Drizzle over the salad. Add mayonnaise to the salad. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts over the salad. Serve.
