Ingredients Method

Ingredients

120 g melted butter
2 cups packed dark brown sugar
1 1/2 cups plain flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dark cooking chocolate chopped
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Spread brownie batter into a lined slice tin and bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
Cool for 15 minutes before cutting unto squares.
