Life Summary:
Saint Margaret of Scotland was born around 1046 in Hungary. We, as women, mothers, carers, supporters and friends can all find strength in the life of Saint Margaret. After being forced to seek refuge at the age of 25 in Scotland she married King Malcolm III. She seemed to lead a life of royalty although proved to show charity to the poor whilst promoting and supporting actively the reform of the Scottish Church. She proved herself as being discreet, loving and devout in all aspects of her life.
