Saint Isabel of France was a princess who gave her life to God in prayer and good works. She did this because she understood that she was a princess but not just here on earth. Saint Isabel knew that she was a coheir with Christ to God’s Kingdom. Help your children make crowns so they can remember that they have a place in God’s Kingdom alongside saints like Isabel.
You will need:
- Paper/cardboard
- Scissors
- Stapler
- Pencils, crayons
- Stickers, sequins, tinsel etc (optional)
What to do:
Cut a strip of paper or thin cardboard long enough to fit around your child’s head. Cut a zigzag pattern along one edge.
Decorate using pencils or by gluing on sparkly bits and pieces from around the house.
When finished staple the ends together and it’s ready to wear.
