Giant Choc Chip Cookies double in size while cooking! Fun for kids and delicious!

Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 200oC. Grease to oven proof trays and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and sugar until light brown.
- Sift both flours and bicarbonate soda over egg mixture.
- Add oil and chocolate melts and mix through.
- Spoon out mixture, roll into a ball and press flat onto trays. Be conscious of size, these cookies will double in size!
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned.
- Let stand for 5 minutes then move cookies to cooling wrack, allow to cool before storing.
Notes
For an alternative try adding 1 cup roasted nuts into mixture.
