Hmm… so yesterday I was a bit hungry around breakfast time as always although this was after my yoghurt and coffee so I decided to make a shake and this is what I had in my fridge!
Smoothie!
- 1/2 teaspoon cacao
- Banana
- small handful blueberries
- 2 strawberries
- 2 stems brocolini
- Smidgen natural yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon Chia seeds
- A dash of coconut
- Half a cup to a cup of coconut water or plain water
Blend all together
Makes a delicious breakfast!
Tip: Add Chia seeds after you blend so you don’t waste them as they can sometimes get stuck to the blender 🙂
