Butterscotch Melts, melt in your mouth, simple and easy recipe!

Butterscotch Melts

Ingredients
  

  • Canola spray
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons soft brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/4 cup custard powder
  • 1 packet choc bits

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven 180oC. Greese ovenproof trays.
  2. Using electric beaters, beat butter and sugar in mixing bowl until mixture is light and creamy.
  3. Sift flour and custard powder over mixture and combine with wooden spoon.
  4. Take one teaspoon of mixture and gently roll into a ball and place on tray, repeat with remaining mixture and make room for spreading.
  5. Flatten each ball slightly with fork. Bake for 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Let them cool on trays.
  6. To decorate the biscuits, melt a packet of choc bits in microwave, becareful not burn them, and dip half of each biscuit in the chocolate
