Butterscotch Melts, melt in your mouth, simple and easy recipe!

Butterscotch Melts

Ingredients
  

  • Canola spray
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons soft brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/4 cup custard powder
  • 1 packet choc bits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven 180oC. Greese ovenproof trays.
  • Using electric beaters, beat butter and sugar in mixing bowl until mixture is light and creamy.
  • Sift flour and custard powder over mixture and combine with wooden spoon.
  • Take one teaspoon of mixture and gently roll into a ball and place on tray, repeat with remaining mixture and make room for spreading.
  • Flatten each ball slightly with fork. Bake for 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Let them cool on trays.
  • To decorate the biscuits, melt a packet of choc bits in microwave, becareful not burn them, and dip half of each biscuit in the chocolate
